 Achievements

(A Personal Reflection)

I was fortunate to become one of the youngest General Secretary in French national professional organisations in 2005, a responsibility that taught me the importance of listening before leading. Throughout my career in Paris, I've been recognised by employers, trade unions, and government representatives as someone who seeks positive compromise, believing that sustainable solutions emerge when all voices are genuinely heard. My work focused on improving conditions for over 80,000 employees across 2,450 companies, always guided by my belief that organisations succeed when people thrive.

In 2012, I was entrusted with unifying sectorial organisations within the paper and cardboard industries, a complex challenge that reinforced my conviction that collaboration trumps competition. This cross-stakeholder recognition for finding common ground became the foundation of my approach to leadership.

My journey to Australia began in 2016 with a Distinguished Talent visa, though I've learned that true talent lies in adaptability and humility. Establishing hospitality ventures and co-founding technology companies taught me resilience during setbacks and the value of authentic relationships. Achieving Australian citizenship in 2022 remains deeply meaningful, representing genuine commitment to this country.

Having recently concluded my contract with the French Australian Chamber of Commerce as Head of WA Chapter, where I focused on building bridges between communities, I'm now ready for my next chapter. I'm eager to apply the same collaborative approach that earned trust across traditional divides in France to a new leadership role where I can create lasting impact whilst continuing to grow alongside an organisation that shares my values.
